Ceramic Art London, which is taking place at the prestigious Royal College of Art in London this weekend, is now in its sixth year and is recognised as the leading international fair for contemporary ceramics, with over 75 ceramic artists displaying a varied selection of exciting and challenging work.
The three-day show offers something for everyone: for those already in the know about ceramics this is an opportunity to explore further and buy directly from the maker, for gallery owners and collectors it’s an opportunity to snap up new talent and for enthusiasts and visitors it’s an opportunity to chill out and simply enjoy the vibes.
At the fair you can not only discover and buy work from over 75 leading contemporary ceramic artists, but also enjoy an integrated education programme of talks, demonstrations and films designed to enhance your understanding and enjoyment of studio ceramics – one of the most traditional crafts around.
Amongst those exhibiting are Matthew Chambers, Elke Sada, and Tim Andrews. Jack Doherty, Peter Hayes, Virginia Graham, Susan O’Byrne and Sue Paraskeva will also show examples of their work.
