Slow Design - The Vintage Chandelier Company

An easy way to add nostalgic charm and a touch of individuality to your home while following Slow Design principles and without harming the environment is buying vintage home deco pieces.

A vintage chandelier in particular can be an excellent focal piece in any room. Rather than trawling the internet or tons of vintage or antiques shops for the perfect piece, check out the London based Vintage Chandelier Company.

Each chandelier they sell has been imported from France and Belgium and has been restored and customised to create original one off pieces.

All chandeliers have been completely stripped, rewired and earthed with new fittings to conform with British standards and come in various sizes, shapes and colours that will suit any home.

If you’re interested have a look at their gallery. All chandeliers are bespoke, one-off pieces, but if you particularly fall in love with one, they can supply one in a similar size, shape and colour. Styles range from colourful and more outlandish designs that incorporate tear-shaped glass beads and golden stag heads to more traditional versions with simple crystal icicles.

Prices range from £250 – £950.
